Key Terms and Conditions:

• Age and Height Restrictions: Children under 15 years old or with a height below 160 cm can only interact with the smallest or newborn tigers. Those 16 years and older with a height of at least 160 cm can interact with the small tigers. For medium and giant tigers, the requirement is 18 years and older with a height of at least 160 cm. 
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are typically valid for the date and time specified on the voucher and are non-refundable in case of no-show or late arrival. 
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: Tickets may be canceled or rescheduled with a fee, or sometimes with a full refund if done within the specified timeframe (e.g., 48 hours in advance, or 24 hours before the experience for some tickets). Some tickets may not be refundable in certain situations like bad weather. 
• Safety: Visitors must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by park staff and tiger trainers for the safety of both humans and tigers. 
• Dress Code: Comfortable and light clothing is recommended.

• If cancellation are made 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
